Capt. Luis Roman has been an avid angler for over 30 years and a Scuba Diving Instructor for 22 years. I learn to love the ocean back in the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. At age 16 I was the mate for a deep sea fishing charter in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Transported sailboats to the nearing island of St. Thomas and also became a NAUI Scuba Diving Instructor. In 1988 I moved to Louisiana and worked as an offshore fishing mate and a commercial fisherman/diver. During that time Seven years later I moved to Florida and retired from the commercial fishing industry and fished recreationally. Today I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world and fish for many different species.

U S Coast Guard Licensed Captain
Merritt Island Wildlife Association Member
NAUI Certified SCUBA Instructor (License 12181)
NAUI Certified Assistant Instructor
PADI Dive Master
NAUI Certified SCUBA Rescue Diver
Red Cross CPR with AED and First Aid Certified


Vessel Deliveries and Captain For Hire Excursions:

Capt. Luis Roman is available for hire for vessel deliveries, private excursions or bank repo transfer services. Transfers and vessel deliveries range 20' - 45' range.
